Original project materials are owned by Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Nikolaevich Klochko unless a specific item says otherwise.
Protected materials
Protected materials include source code, design, text, characters, names, illustrations, animation, game scenes, songs, arrangements, covers, interface images, and the website compilation.
Name and logo
LEAFLINGS / ЛИСТЯТА identifies the game and music universe. The registered trademark symbol is not used until registration is complete. Its absence does not waive copyright or other rights.
Permission
Ordinary links and non-commercial discussion are allowed. Coloring pages use their separate license. Commercial use, merchandise, music copying, or app distribution require prior written permission.

Send a notice to v992010@gmail.com with the material, URL, claimed right, and contact details. A substantiated notice will be reviewed and access may be limited during review.
