1. App and controller

2. Local game data

Progress and settings are stored locally and are not sent to the controller. There are no accounts, chats, or public user content.

3. Magic Camera

CAMERA permission is requested only after an activation tap. Frames, face positions, and photos are processed locally and are not transmitted to the controller, Yandex, or another remote service. A photo is saved only after a user action. Refusing permission does not affect the other games.

4. Yandex advertising

The app uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK, which includes AppMetrica. Ads may appear only at natural breaks. The SDK receives an age-restricted-user flag, and Google Advertising ID permission is removed.

• Yandex may process technical app/device information, IP address, diagnostics, ad requests, and ad interactions;
• the exact categories and recipients depend on the active SDK version, advertising settings, and Yandex legal documents;
• the controller does not receive camera images, a child’s name or email, or game progress from the SDK.

5. Third-party processor

Yandex LLC handles its data under the Yandex Privacy Policy, Yandex Advertising Network terms, and Mobile Ads SDK license. Before each release, the controller will compare this page with the final SDK and RuStore data declaration.

6. Children, deletion, and updates

The app is designed for ages 3–6. Local data is removed with app data. Questions can be sent to the controller; data independently handled by Yandex may also require a request to Yandex. The policy is updated whenever SDKs, permissions, or processing change.
