Terms for the listyata.ru website, the Leaflings game, and published materials.

1. General
The site and materials are provided by Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Nikolaevich Klochko, Tax ID 232803430200, Primary State Registration Number 310232805000021, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation. An adult accepts these terms by using the site. Children should use the site and external services with a parent or guardian.
2. Free access
Browsing, following the official music link, and downloading marked coloring pages require no account or payment. App store and external service terms apply separately.
3. Permitted use
Family use is allowed within the applicable license. Resale, false authorship, removal of ownership notices, automated mass copying, distribution of modified app builds, and commercial character merchandise require written permission.
4. External services and availability
Yandex Music, Google Play, and RuStore are independent services. A disabled Coming soon button is not a sale offer or release-date guarantee. The owner may update content, correct errors, or temporarily restrict access.
5. Governing law
Russian Federation law applies. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the public support email.
